Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using solsapphires.com. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Trade accounts only

Sol Sapphires is a trade-only supplier. Access to pricing and the ability to purchase is restricted to approved trade account holders. By applying for a trade account, you confirm that you are a registered business, jeweller, gem dealer, or industry professional purchasing for trade purposes.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Canadian clients paying in CAD will be invoiced at the Google exchange rate on the date of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sol Sapphires reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted by wire transfer, e-transfer (Canadian clients only), checks, or credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Payment terms are Net 14 days for established clients. Shopify orders require payment before dispatch.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Sol Sapphires reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Each stone is unique and sold as a single item. Once an order is confirmed and payment received, the stone will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Shipping

Sol Sapphires ships internationally via fully insured and tracked courier. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sol Sapphires is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the shipment has been collected.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

7. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to accurately represent our stones, including photography, video, weight, dimensions, origin, and treatment. Colours may vary slightly between screens. The video on each product page is the most accurate visual representation of the stone.

8. Intellectual property

All content on solsapphires.com, including photography, video, text, and branding, is the property of Sol Sapphires and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Sol Sapphires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to these terms

Sol Sapphires reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
